Michael Hordern

Sir Michael Murray Hordern, CBE (3rd October 1911 - 2nd May 1995) was a famous actor during the early 20th century.

In 1983 he voiced Badger in the stop motion animated The Wind in the Willows pilot film and the TV Series from 1984 - 1990.

He is also best known for narrating another stop motion series called The Adventures of Paddington Bear from 1975-1986.

Michael died at the age of 83 in 1995 from a kidney disease and was cremated and had his ashes scattered into the English Channel.
